If you are in a dangerous situation, having a safety plan can make a critical difference. Here are some steps to consider.
Keep important documents (ID, health card, bank info) in a safe place you can access quickly.
Memorize key phone numbers in case you don't have access to your phone.
Identify a trusted friend, neighbour, or family member you can go to in an emergency.
